Description

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of the team.


The Admin Support role is tasked to produce a comprehensive, high standard effective and efficient service to support the work of the OSCE & Clinical Skills Teams.

Act as first point of contact for the Teams & Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs).

You will deal with internal and external enquiries to the OSCE Team, taking detailed messages and using initiative to deal with queries.

Ensure that training rooms and areas within the vicinity of training rooms are maintained appropriately.


Involved at all stages with the delivery of the IENs journey including assisting with on boarding, orientation to the trust, preparing resources for welcome packs and training, the booking of OSCE Exams & recording results.

You may be required to attend meetings for note taking & the production of minutes. You will need to be competent with Microsoft Office packages & Virtual Meetings.


Assist in the management of the team's diaries & availability and coordinate clinical skills activities and be a Learn (eLearning) admin super user.
