The Role:

Outstanding opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager in the East of England selling high precision machine tool equipment including tool holders, cutting tools, shrinking technology, measuring instruments, tool management and pre-settingtechnology.

This equipment will be sold directly to end users and through distributors into industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, rail, defense and engineering and dealing with decision makers from the shop floor up to board level.

There willbe a focus on new business to increase market share which will be very achievable in what is territory that has the potential to triple its revenue.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you must have:

Experience in the metal cutting industry.
Experience selling capital equipment.
Experience of longer sales cycles.
Confident and enthusiastic personality traits.
Enjoy working as a team.

The Package for Regional Sales Manager:

Basic: £45k.
Bonus /

OTE:
Uncapped. £8k-£10k expected year - Car: Company car with hybrid options available after 6 months.

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
