We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 2 Assistant Administrator to join the administration team for the Personality Disorder Community Service and Psychological Skills Service.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service within their team.


A polite, professional and friendly telephone manner is an important skill for this post, as a main responsibility will be taking calls to the team from clients - some of which could be sensitive and difficult.

  • Ensuring good customer service by providing a professional and effective service. Dealing with queries from service users, carers, professionals or staff, in person or on the telephone. Taking accurate messages and ensuring these are passed on to the appropriate people.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the departments stock of stationery, booklets and leaflets.
  • Accurately input data onto relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures.
