Customer Service Advisor - Dinnington


Major recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading wholesale company who are looking to expand their customer service team on a permanent basis with a Customer Service Advisor.


Key areas of responsibility:


  • Placing customer orders
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Dealing with queries
  • Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and new potential customers.
  • Providing advice and guidance on products whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must have sales and customer service experience
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills

This role is working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 16:30pm paying an annual salary of £24,000.

This role also comes with 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and will increase with length of service within the business.

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
