Customer Service Advisor - Dinnington
Major recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading wholesale company who are looking to expand their customer service team on a permanent basis with a Customer Service Advisor.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Placing customer orders
- Taking payments over the phone
- Dealing with queries
- Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and new potential customers.
- Providing advice and guidance on products whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must have sales and customer service experience
- Must be a team player
- Must be computer literate
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
