CMA HR Division are working with a prominent business based in Havant to secure an Interim HR Advisor top review and update their policies and procedures.

The organisation is based in Havant, Hampshire and as the HR Advisor you will be working closely withone of the HR Business Partners and reporting into the HR Lead.

This opportunity is a 3 to 6 months assignment and will be paid on a day rate.


What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • You will be reviewing and updating all existing policies in line with best practices
  • Working closely with Stakeholders, advising on policy requirements and legislation.
  • Ideally level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of reviewing and writing polices
  • Available immediately.
