Learning and Development Consultant

Abingdon (work from home)

Up to £40k
Our client is a Learning and Development business focussing on delivering exceptional consultancy design and delivery of development initiatives.

As their business is growing, they are working with us here at Better People to source an experienced Learning & Development consultant.

This is a work from home role where you will be required to travel to Abingdon nr Oxford on a monthly basis for team meetings.

You will need to be able to drive and have your own car.

The Job

You will be building great relationships with clients, establishing needs and creating Learning and Development programmes to meet those needs.

You will be facilitating the courses as well as writing them.

You will be designing learning programmes includingall the components of blended programmes such as slide decks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids and digital workspaces etc.

You will be collaborating with a small close-knit team to ensure smooth design and training delivery.

The role includes contributing to the development strategy for our client, supporting marketing strategy, including generation of case studies, social media,blogs etc.

Experienced with at least 5 years in learning and development related roles.
Proven track record designing and facilitating successful training preferably management programmes
Adept confident and experienced at liaising/consulting with Senior Leaders at strategic level
Knowledgeable about instructional design and adult learning theories.
Expansive thinkers with a customer first approach, and who are creative and people smart.
