Magna Services Group Ltd are a growing Facilities Management organisation who are looking for an additional Helpdesk Coordinator for their office in Wimborne to join their expanding team.


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • FM Helpdesk experience


As a Helpdesk Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day management/scheduling of the maintenance portfolio of varied client sites, ensuring high levels of customer service.

You will need to have excellent telephone and organisational skills to liaise with our contractors on a daily basis and update our CRM system accordingly.

  • Posting jobs
  • General administration duties
