Description
Customer Service Executives - Immediate start

Location:
Christchurch

Hours of work : 37.5 hours ,Monday to Friday either 9am to 5pm or 9.30 to 5.30pm

Start Date :
Immediate start required.

Duration:
This will initially be for a 3 week assignment although it could lead to an extension or even a permanent opportunity for the right person


Salary:
£10,00 per hour, plus great benefits

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who provide a specialist service to their customers.

Due to an incredibly busy period our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support them with a specialist team.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following.

  • To support a team of specialist in managing customers with their expectations
  • To take calls from customers and assist them with their enquiries.
  • To manage complaints where necessary
  • Data processing of highly confidential information
  • Gathering relevant information in order to process claims.
  • Making 5he first notification of a loss / claim
  • To update and maintain as busy database.
  • Typing and sending of documents
The ideal Customer Service Executive will have / be.

  • Have previous administration skills.
  • Previous Customer Service skills and experience
  • Will ideally have dealt with Customers on the Telephone
  • Will be competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will have the ability to work to deadlines and multitask.
