Fixed Term Post for 12 months


NHS Borders are continuously delivering a portfolio of IT projects These primarily involve the implementation of upgrades/ change of current systems.


We are looking for a dynamic IT Facilitator who has experience in managing change and working as part of a team to delivering change to the end users for multiple IT Systems, and who can demonstrate the successful aspects of Change Management.


The post-holder will be required to manage service change plans, testing of new functionality, and delivering training and support to end users.

They must be able to balance multiple priorities providing direction, advice, support and guidance to end users and all other stakeholders to support these delivery plans.


The post is highly collaborative in nature and involves communication and negotiation with technical and non-technical experts and managers internally and externally.

As such the post-holder must have specialised knowledge in either IT or business related areas with knowledge that will have been accumulated over several years and supported by formal qualifications, training and experience.

Experience of the NHS would be advantageous.
