Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Up to £25,833.60 per annum plus benefits

Main responsibilities of the role:
Running and collating reports to support ongoing data integrity, answering of enquiries and support of audit activity. Update Payroll system with payroll inputs. Assist with preparation of out of cycle payments, BACS, and CHAPS submissions. Preparation of copy payslips and P60. Support with the review of National Minimum wage compliance within the business. Support with payroll project activities such as TUPE transfer in and out and preparation of Local Work instructions.
What you'll need to do the role: Previous experience working in an administration role in a fast-paced environment. Payroll experience would be advantageous but not an essential for this role. Competent using Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new IT systems. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively to meet business needs. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Good people skills and team player.
