My client is an established Law Firm with global presence who have a reputation for excellence and outstanding client delivery, as well as a diverse team & culture.

They are seeking an experienced HR professional who has extensive HR management and talentmanagement experience either within private practice or professional services.

Your role will require you to be strategic in focus as well as managing BAU Business Partner duties. Your key client group will be the fee earning population predominantly withinthe UK.

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

Quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Position HR as a strategic business partner & trusted advisor to the relevant client groups
Coach, mentor and supervise HR Advisor(s) in all aspects of HR processes
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Reward and L&D teams as appropriate
Manage key strategic projects and support strategic initiatives across the team as required
Consider new initiatives which could improve efficiencies within the team and wider firm and feed into the HR Team
Take the lead where necessary on Employee Relations issues and be an escalation point
Lead on all aspects of resource planning including resourcing and recruitment methods and process, defining resource requirements and timelines, succession planning and promotions
Ensure Organisational Capability Review is undertaken & regularly updated as part of the Business Partnering approach to drive proactive performance management, talent management and headcount planning for the future
Complete the annual salary review process for the relevant practice groups, working with the Reward Manager as necessary.
Drive the annual appraisal process for the relevant business areas
