Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the development and implementation of the Internal Controls Framework
  • Facilitating the Group in remediating control gaps identified through the internal controls assessment process, selfassessment and internal and external audit
  • Leading the embedding of a new internal control framework within the Group through innovative process and system reengineering
  • Demonstrating ongoing compliance with control requirements by participating in an internal testing programme
  • Providing regular reporting on progress towards remediation, embedding of controls and testing outcomes

Requirements:


  • Experience of risk based Internal Control, Internal Audit or External Audit experience or similar role either from practice or industry.
  • Experience of Change management and ideally applicants will have acted as a project or audit lead.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills across of levels of finance and operational management.
  • Experience of US SOX would be highly desirable
