£11.79ph rising to £12.30ph after training, NN16 8BG, 34 days holiday once permanent, 2.00pm-10.00pm M-F, Pension, Training, Parking, Permanent after a successful Temporary period.


Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a UK head office location of a multi-site manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Process Operator to join them.


You will provide support to the department manager:
Reading production plan, and understanding product production for that day, working to production targets
Selecting correct product specification form computerised system, setting machine to produce
Monitoring quality standard of product being produced during production run
Packing product into boxes
Printing of relevant paperwork, and labels for the order, ensuring details are all correct and present
Palatalising boxes, operating PPT once pallet is full


We would expect the successful Process Operator to be able to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail, have a good working knowledge of computerised machinery.

Be an excellent communicator, and be able to work well as part of a small team, as well as on your own accord.

You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with company processes and procedures.

This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked as a print operator, machine operator, or an assembly operator position.


You will be joining a global company who have been established for over 50 years, and have an enviable reputation in their manufacturing field.

Working directly for the Department Manager, this role offers variety.

With initial off site training, with the machinery manufacture, and a in-house training plan then after you will be supported to be able to preform your job role to the highest standard.

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm | 10.00am - 6.00pm | 11.00am - 8.00pm

£12.30ph after training
