Description

With a significant capital investment programme, we require two highly motivated Project Support Officers to join our Capital Projects Team on a Fixed Term basis (until the end of March 2024), to support the delivery of a range of construction, refurbishment, and back-log maintenance projects.

There is one post available at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, and one at Scunthorpe General Hospital.


The successful applicant will have experience in supporting Capital Projects, including the co-ordination of meeting correspondence, arranging and minuting meetings, distribution of paperwork in a timely manner, administrative duties to support the Project Team, owning and updating action lists, risk registers, agenda organisation, the development of equipment lists and support of equipment procurement.

Applicants are requested to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in these key areas.
