Role Overview:


  • To be the first port of call when a customer reports a motor insurance claim
  • To see the claim through from cradle to grave, dealing with repairers, negotaiting liability aspects and even issuing the settlement cheque
  • Telephone work will involve both inbound and outbound (existing clients) activity
  • Administrative duties include amending/updating policies and notifying the claim
  • You will need to be based in or around Manchester

Skills Required:


  • Any customer service/retail or administration experience considered as well as those with a claims background and/or graduates looking for their first career move
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Good ability within administration (paperwork/PC work etc)
  • Organised and confident with a good attention to detail

Hours & Package:


  • Great starting salary of up to nearly £26,000 rising with time/progression
  • Working Monday to Friday between 0830 to p/w)
