Process Lead to join their team. This position is located in
Larne.

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Job Criteria:


Essential:


  • Supervisory experience demonstrating good people management skills
  • Experience in using SAP and Time Management software
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • The ability to work in a logical and systematic manner
  • The ability to work flexibly across various shifts patterns and additional hours when required

Desirable:


  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience in a technicial and/or production role in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties:


  • Motivation of team members to drive productivity improvements and improve quality (reduction of rejects and complaints) on a daily basis
  • Drive Engagement recognise the contributions of every team member and encourage them to work together in harmony, sharing ideas and maintaining good relationships in the execution of production tasks
  • Provide regular constructive (positive and negative) feedback to team members on their performance
  • Promote culture of respect based on Company values. Address promptly and appropriately behaviour breaching Dignity at Work and Equal Opportunities Policies
  • Monitor all team members ensuring that training is complete and effective and that all associates comply with standard operating procedures
  • Ensure that the safety of team members is of primary importance. Educate all associates on safety tips and procedures and ensure adherence to during the manufacturing process and throughout the facility. Ensure that the manufacturing site is free of any form of danger and is safe for team members to do their job. Ensure that all associates have the necessary PPE to safeguard themselves in their work environment. Report any safety concerns and take any piece of equipment/machinery deemed Hazardous out of use immediately
  • Conduct interviews with team members returning to work after sickness absence and leave for dependents. Address unacceptable levels / patterns of absence and liaise with Production Managers and HR when necessary
  • With support from HR and Production Managers conduct investigations in line with Company Disciplinary Procedure. Support Production Managers during disciplinary hearings as and when required
  • Accountability for real time reporting
  • SAP, Time management system to ensure that key manufacturing metrics are analysed + communicated daily.
  • Proactively participate in all tiered meetings bring issues, hazards, incidents to the meetings. Enable and communicate on actions
  • 6S Accountability for the daily management of 6S in all areas of the manufacturing facility
  • Set the Standard by Minimising "Waste" by teaching employees how to use the machines efficiently, saving cost and time, and adding value to the product. Learn to identify common mistakes and make everyone aware of them so that the mistakes do not occur consistently
  • Developing Stock Control Procedures-Implement and Cross check inventory Control
  • Drive quarter on quarter improvements in manufacturing KPI's
  • Any other duties that may be required
