Description

An exciting new marketing opportunity has arisen within a fast growing specialist Finance broker based in the city

They specialise within property finance (bridging, development finance, buy to let and commercial finance).

Responsibilities

Expand marketing channels increasing lead generation and customer acquisition (direct, digital, partnerships and events) while closely monitoring ROI
Develop a content marketing plan for online and offline channels
Produce content and raise our profile through social campaigns, trade media and publications in line with our PR agency.
Promote our tech products to our clients, prospects, other property developers and investors.
Organise and increase our presence at industry events, exhibitions and auction houses
Build partnerships with publishers and aggregators.
Analyse activity and performance of campaigns, reporting findings to company Directors on lead volume, budgets, costs and methods of sourcing; Identify improvements to performance and shape roadmaps to implement changes.
Maintain expert knowledge of the commercial lending landscape, competitors and lenders

Requirements:

5+ years B2B marketing experience of working within a similar industry (property, finance, fintech)
Creative, approachable while being analytically sound.
Commercially driven individual with an entrepreneurial approach
Experience of content writing

The position is offered on a full time office based basis with a basic salary to £50k ( depending on experience).

There is clear progression to develop further in time.
