What you will do:This position will be supporting The Principal Director with administration.
Responsibilities for the Part-time Administrator Role:
- To produce letters to clients
- To update the company database on an ongoing basis
- To provide administration service to the Principal Director
- To portray a professional image to mortgage advisers and external clients at all time
- To set up processes and systems in order to assist the Principal Director
- To carry out adhoc tasks and requests as necessary
- time Administrator**:
- To ensure that documents are uploaded, follow the correct format and are kept up to date at all times.
- To maintain daily diary system.
- To liaise with the client as required.
- To liaise with lenders, insurance companies and solicitors as necessary.
- To operate within the legal parameters as dictated by industry regulation.
- To adhere to the company service standards and to always deliver client service.
- To build a strong working relationship with all members of the company and external clients/lenders/advisers.
However, you may be required to be flexible in this position and be prepared to undertake various duties outside your normal duties.
