THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the business to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, providing valuable insights and analysis to drive business performance.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


Working closely with the MD and wider team (including operations, marketing, and sales) to understand product profitability, conversion, and behaviours (recurring vs one-off) to inform future forecasts and drive business performance.

Producing the monthly reporting pack including ownership for KPI reporting
Owning the internal forecasting/budget process including working with the business to understand and challenge assumptions.
Ad hoc analysis as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Experience in business partnering / FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis)
Excellent commercial awareness
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Advanced user of Excel, Power BI and solid experience of using Sage
