Regional Sales Executive (UK & IRELAND)

Overview of the Company:


Grafton Recruitment are partnering with one of the global top 10 manufacturers and the largest producer in their specialism in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team in our company, located in England.


Key duties of the Regional Sales Exec:

  • Establishing the target and budget on the basis of country and product, conducting the necessary studies, and directing the team to reach the targets,
  • Developing & coordinating local sales team to make and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base,
  • Endtoend monitoring of the sales process, aftersales services (shipment, finance),
  • Providing support in line with the needs of the team in terms of costing and planning in the proposal processes,
  • Carrying out risk management with the finance department by controlling the collections made within the scope of the guarantee,
  • Market research, development of sales channels, competitor productprice analysis, and reporting, forwarding feedback to relevant departments,
  • Maintaining relations with the customer as a solution partner by including the EPCM department in line with customer expectations, providing support to increase the added value and performance of the work done,
  • Following the resolution of the feedback received within the scope of customer complaints by the quality department and providing them with necessary information,
  • Preparation and sharing of sales projections for production planning,
  • Sharing the current status information with the relevant people in the departments in order to establish priorities in the production planning processes and to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ideally Civil Engineering),

8-10 years of sales, export / import experience in insulated metal panels and building materials market (additional building envelope project management experience will be preferred),

  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Team Player with "can do attitude", excellent communication skills
