We're on a journey to continually improve how we support and serve our Crew as a Training Department.

The Crew Training Instructor - Flexi (CTI-F) team are committed, dynamic and enthusiastic professionals who consistently deliver high quality training to ensure that our crew have the knowledge and skills to conduct their role.

The CTI-F is a self-motivated role model who is an advocate of easyJet and what the business stands for.

They set the standard for the network in delivering a safe, on time operation with an excellent experience for our customers.

We are looking for experienced Cabin Crew Instructors who will play a vital active role in training our existing and new Cabin Crew, Cabin Mangers and Flight Crew.

Outside of peak training time, you will also be required to operate as a Cabin Crew member.

Our Cabin Crew are the 'face' of easyJet, in charge of delivering a quality service and looking after the safety and security of passengers and colleagues.

CTI - JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct and be responsible for all aspects of Cabin Crew Safety, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods, First Aid, Customer and CRM training in accordance with easyJet requirements
  • To conduct and be responsible for specific areas of Flight Crew ground school training in accordance with easyJet requirement
  • To fly as a Cabin Crew member, maintaining impeccable standards of safety knowledge and customer service skills
  • To follow compliance and HR related processes and procedures thoroughly and consistently
  • To conduct remote training for small groups of Cabin Crew and Flight Crew using Microsoft teams or other conferencing platforms
  • To support the other network locations as required
  • To be an ambassador for your base and the training department
  • To actively contribute to our ongoing ambition of becoming a world leading centre of learning excellence

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 12 months' flying experience in the past 60 months by 30th June 201
  • Confident in use of IT systems (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Height 5'2" cm) to 6'3" (190cm) without shoes
  • Able to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Have no visible tattoos on head, face and neck or any tattoos that are deemed offensive or inappropriate that can't be covered discreetly. This also includes any piercings that can't be covered discreetly
  • Able to swim 25 metres unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool, tread water and inflate a life jacket unaided, without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool. Additionally, you will need to climb into a survival raft from the water
  • Confident in a customerfacing role, with 3 months experience in a customer or people facing role
  • The continuing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat harness which measures 106cm across the lap and 157cm from shoulder to waist
  • Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base and available to work early morning and late evening flights as required by the operation

  • Ability to influence, inspire and motivate others by creating an inclusive and energising learning environment
  • Training and flying duties will be in line with the base, regional or central needs
  • To retain your (CTI-F) you must remain as a qualified Cabin Crew and meet the minimum requirements below;
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Height 5'2" cm) to 6'3" (190cm) without shoes
  • The continuing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat harness which measures 106cm across the lap and 157cm from shoulder to waist
  • Able to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Able to swim 25 metres unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool, tread water and inflate a life jacket unaided, without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool. Additionally, you will need to climb into a survival raft from the water
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network
  • Live within 90 minutes of LGW Airport
  • Confident in a customerfacing role, with 3 months experience in a customer or people facing role
  • Have no visible tattoos or body piercing that can't be covered discreetly
