Description
Kingswood Group are working with a specialist not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. The position is a full-time, permanent opportunity and offers hybrid working in the City of London.
Working as part of a friendly, professional and supportive HR team, this role will work closely with a report into the Senior HR Business Partner.
You will be involved in a broad range of HR activities on a daily basis such as ER, recruitment & resourcing, pay & benefits, ED&I.
Key skills, experience and attributes required include:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards it)
- Advisory level experience, ideally gained within a notforprofit organisation
- Employee relations experience and the ability to manage cases independently
- Good stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull reports and manipulate data
- Solutions focused, ability to work with good initiative and autonomy
- A keen interest in ED&I
- Being a great team player
The role requires 1-2 days a week in the office for HR team meetings but flexibility to work in the office when required for the business.
