Description
Kingswood Group are working with a specialist not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. The position is a full-time, permanent opportunity and offers hybrid working in the City of London.


Working as part of a friendly, professional and supportive HR team, this role will work closely with a report into the Senior HR Business Partner.

You will be involved in a broad range of HR activities on a daily basis such as ER, recruitment & resourcing, pay & benefits, ED&I.


Key skills, experience and attributes required include:

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards it)
  • Advisory level experience, ideally gained within a notforprofit organisation
  • Employee relations experience and the ability to manage cases independently
  • Good stakeholder engagement and management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull reports and manipulate data
  • Solutions focused, ability to work with good initiative and autonomy
  • A keen interest in ED&I
  • Being a great team player
This is a great opportunity to build on your existing HR experience in a newly created HR Advisory position.


The role requires 1-2 days a week in the office for HR team meetings but flexibility to work in the office when required for the business.
