Specification Technologist

My client, a leading employer in the Craigavon Area, are in search of a Specification Technologist due to internal promotion.

Main Responsibilities:

The Specification Technologist will be responsible for the development of accurate and comprehensive Finished Product Specifications for Customers, both in company own format and the use of customer own specification portals.

You will review and approve all new/ updated artwork with the accounts managers on site and ensuring that specification reviews are kept to date.

You will update the BOM for label changes for new products and redesigns.

Essential Criteria:

Relevant experience within a similar role in the Food Manufacturing Industry
Strong computer operations skills
Experience in writing customer specifications
Ability to lead, motivate, plan and work effectively as part of a team and independently
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
