About the role
Northamptonshire Adult Learning Service are looking to recruit a highly experienced and motivated Multiply Curriculum Coordinator.

The Multiply programme supports adults to improve their numeracy skills.

You will engage with learners and partners to create and deliver programmes that improve numeracy skills within the workplace.

You will also engage with the local community in North and West Northants by organising adult learning opportunities in community settings and online that will lead to participation in courses.


Reporting to the Curriculum manager for the Multiply provision, you play a key role in ensuring learners quality of education is exceptional and that they are supported to achieve and exceed their potential.

To do this you will drive high expectations and outcomes across the adult skills provision.

What will you be doing?

You will support and mentor a team of Tutors in the delivery of a variety of Multiply and maths courses across North and West Northants.

With a high-quality approach to teaching, learning and assessment and a good understanding of quality assurance processes, you will implement and lead the curriculum.

You will also be required to identify opportunities to support the service's strategic aim and to meet the needs of the learners.

About you

  • Demonstrable successful course and curriculum development experience
  • Experience of successfully leading and managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, interpersonal and presentation)
  • Experience of producing clear and concise reports and records.
  • A positive, problemsolving, and solutionbased approach to work
