The role

As a graduate, you will be on the pathway to become a fully fledged e-commerce account manager.

You will be provided with plenty of training to learn all things Amazon, e-com and client management before having clients' of your own Our training program is highly structured with support every step of the way where you will be coached on everything you need to know.

You will be gradually introduced to different areas of the role and eventually given your own clients once you are ready.

Your core responsibilities as an Account manager would include (but are not limited to):

Account management

- strategically thinking about growth opportunities for our clients.

Hitting targets

- you will be responsible for hitting sales targets for our clients

Troubleshooting

- you will spend a lot of time using Amazon seller and vendor central

Reporting

- you should be comfortable working with large sets of data and drawing out trends and analysis to provide strategic growth recommendations

Team management

- you will be working with our team of specialist freelancers and should be happy managing several stakeholders simultaneously

Client communication

- this is a client facing role and you should be confident in a client facing role and spinning many plates

PPC you will have a good grasp on payperclick advertising and be comfortable managing advertising campaigns and communicating results to our clients
Requirements
Degree level or equivalent
An eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with large sets of data make data driven decisions
Good with numbers and a numerical thinker
You are a go getter and like to get things done
You are innovative and like to think outside the box
You are self sufficient with a hunger to learn
You are incentivised by money and a generous bonus structure
