The Role

As Paid Media Account Manager, you will come in as someone who lives and breaths Paid Media, striving for success from both a marketing and growth perspective.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and longterm ROI.
Lead endtoend campaign management processes from defining goals, execution, user journey, tracking, and reporting and analysis.
Managing junior team members and being responsible for the performance and daytoday handling of online and offline paid social campaigns for multiple clients.
Continuously testing and optimising new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy.
Working with the team to develop processes, tools, and policies that ensures operational excellence.

You will have

3+ years agency experience being accountable to clients.
Expert working on paid media campaigns such as Meta, TikTok and PPC.
High level of attention to detail, reporting and realtime optimisation capabilities.
A desire to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
