The Role


As Paid Media Account Manager, you will come in as someone who lives and breaths Paid Media, striving for success from both a marketing and growth perspective.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and longterm ROI.
  • Lead endtoend campaign management processes from defining goals, execution, user journey, tracking, and reporting and analysis.
  • Managing junior team members and being responsible for the performance and daytoday handling of online and offline paid social campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Continuously testing and optimising new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy.
  • Working with the team to develop processes, tools, and policies that ensures operational excellence.
You will have

  • 3+ years agency experience being accountable to clients.
  • Expert working on paid media campaigns such as Meta, TikTok and PPC.
  • High level of attention to detail, reporting and realtime optimisation capabilities.
  • A desire to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
