What you'll be doing


As a Clean and Clear Bank Staff member within Calico Enterprises' Clearance and Clean team in Burnley, you will work to the instruction of the Interiors Service Manager in ensuring that all dwellings in the Company's ownership are cleared and cleaned and meet the required standards of cleanliness internally and externally prior to letting.

You will be based at Burnham Gate

This is a bank staff position; your hours of work will be as and when required.

What you'll need to be a success

  • The ability to engage with individuals and build trusting relationships patience and resilience will be key
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • A flexible and innovative approach to service delivery
  • Experience in Cleaning
  • Hold a clean, Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in driving cage vans preferred
