Administration Assistant needed ASAP for outstanding, historic law firm based in Sandwich, Kent
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Administration Assistant to join this highly prestigious law firm.

This is a key role for the firm, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to all fee earners and secretaries, including (but not limited to) the following duties:

Audio typing.
Filing, photocopying.
Preparation of court bundles.
Arranging of appointments.
Dealing with client and member of the public enquiries in person and by phone.
Opening/closing client files.
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and organizing refreshments.
Ensuring kitchen and rest rooms are adequately stocked at all times, shopping for consumables such as tea, coffee etc. as necessary.
Manage both the incoming and outgoing post and courier service.
Taking the Daily banking.
Book meeting rooms through Outlook calendar system.
Provide cover in the event of absences for the archivist, including archive and file retrieval and distribution, file enquiries and looking up deeds/wills.

The ideal Administration Assistant will have a positive, proactive attitude to their work, excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

alary:
£19,000 - £20,000 per annum

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)
