Description
We are looking for a strong communicator to join our clients' dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor. Supporting a very established team we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, an excellent team player and someone with heaps of empathy

Hours:
This is a full time 6 Month FTC. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.


Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000


Location:
Winnersh, excellent public transport links and parking for car drivers.

This is an office-based role, with one day working from home - once trained.


Examples of responsibilities will include:

  • Make outbound calls, logging all interactions on the required systems
  • Be confident in product knowledge and be able to relate this information to customers when required, informing them on the features and benefits of the products
  • Process sample requests for customers and follow up to checkin and see how they're getting on
  • Promote company products to customers and ensure the correct information is given to explain their features and benefits
  • Always ensure compliance with Data Protection requirements (GDPR) maintaining the database and obtaining written/verbal consent for permission to contact
  • Build solid working relationships with suppliers

We are looking for:

  • A strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to juggle busy workloads
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems
