Home Based - Can be based anywhere in the UK however the role will report into our Head Office located in Manchester

About the role:

We are currently seeking a Home-Based
Quotations TeamSupervisor to join our team, to supervise the fast-track turnaround of quotations arising from service engineer visit reports.

The role is both customer service and commercialand covers all product disciplines.

The primary objective of the role is to provide customers with rapid follow-up wherever quotation requirements are raised through engineer dockets.

The post holder will serve as the senior contact for the DRS team and willbe responsible for the team's day to day communication and drive.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Effective leadership of the Remediation Service team (including recruitment alongside DRS Manager)
Provision of service and minor works quotations from engineer dockets all aspects of associated works to be identified including access equipment, plant hire, RAMS, permits to work etc
Clarification of service action requirements via field engineers and establishment of better engineer reporting
Coordination of Remediation Service quotation followup action
Managing/minimising quotation backlog and age
Maximising quotation conversion
Driving team administration of the Remediation Service inbox
Monitoring of Enquiries moved from Remediation Service (reporting to DRS Manager)
Identifying sale price changes
Monitoring of SOR missing from key and national customers
Highlighting engineer improvement opportunities (technical and commercial) through the RSM/ DRS Manager structure

As a new position the post holder will be responsible for driving the core Remediation Service KPI's of aged quotations, conversion, acceptance of new quotations and rapid turnaround of critical failures.

The focus on achieving the set KPI's remain paid on the individual post holders' position but the drive for other estimators to achieve KPI performance is also to be focused on.

Quotation backlog control
Quotation conversion
Timely actioning of new and Critical Fail quotations

Close liaison with the DRS Manager will be required to escalate issues which impact Remediation Service operational output and a clear demarcation between Remediation Service quotations and quotations to be transferred to Account Managers will be maintainedand respected.

Person Specification:
