Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant required to complete a long-term intervention role within a primary school located in Balsall Heath, Birmingham.


This primary school are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work within their provision and provide
behavioural management intervention support to a specific pupil.


You will be given
support with
planning and work closely with classroom teachers to ensure the pupil is making significant progress.

This is a
long-term role, beginning immediately running initially until Christmas but could continue into January. It is a
full-time position, Monday to Friday.

The school are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant specific to behavioural management with a
proven track record of raising pupil attainment to work.

You will be a strong communicator and be able to motivate, inspire and connect with others.

The successful individual will be able to confidently differentiate activities to adhere tothe varying abilities of pupils within your care.


They are looking for an outstanding and dynamic classroom support assistant with an excellent knowledge of the different ways to tackle and diffuse any behavioural issues.

You will have extensive experience supporting individuals with their development andhave the capability to deliver inspiring, innovative and creative support.


Your main responsibility within this role would be to complete 1:1 intervention support to ensure the pupil is working towards and achieving their targets whether that be their academic, or their personal targets.

This primary school are located in Balsall Heath, Birmingham and are a part of a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust.

They are a two-form entry primary school with a learning base attached to the school who cater for pupils with Hearing impairment.

They havea dedicated, enthusiastic and talented team of staff, who strive to provide an inclusive environment that ensures all pupils are receiving necessary opportunities to achieve socially and academically.
