Area Sales Valuer - Liverpool/Hybrid working - £30,000 Basic, OTE £50,000 +

What you will be doing

Conducting Market Appraisals for 3 x branches
Instructing new properties
Maximising fee growth and conversion rates
Advising Local Builders and Developers
Developing additional income stream such as Lettings, Conveyancing and Mortgages
Assisting in the future direction of the company with ideas and suggestions to improve service and the local property market
Be aware of new business opportunities which may arise and be able to present your ideas to the business owners in such a way as to gain support in developing those ideas

What you will have

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Valuer
Strong knowledge of the local market
Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle

Annual salary of £30,000 DOE
