Head of Property Management - Newcastle - Up to £30,000
Are you an experienced and motivated Property Manager?

One of the most modern and innovative Property Groups in the North East are seeking a Head of Property Management to joining their busy and established team in Newcastle

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career, with the potential to develop and grow within the company.

What you will be doing

Responsible for managing a number of property managers and administrators by delegating and overseeing the department
Ensuring all properties and buildings are compliant and constantly keeping abreast of changing legislation
Building relationships with landlords and seeing opportunities to grow managed stock
Attend regular training and networking events
Handling complaints and managing expectations between clients and tenants
Identify ways to improve the department where necessary
Staff appraisals and conducting internal training
Set targets and host regular meetings
Occasionally book in relevant property checks including gas, electric, EPC, PAT and more (but generally overseeing that the property managers and administrators do this)
Coordinating property inspections and write ups
