Your Role as a UX Consultant: As a crucial member of our software engineering team, you'll thrive in a role that keeps you challenged. Engage with key clients, provide day-to-day advice, and collaborate on fascinating projects. Your responsibilities will include advising, ideating, innovating, and designing next-generation solutions.


Your Purpose:


  • Be embedded in client projects to enhance technology delivery and solve business and user problems.
  • Collaborate closely with users, stakeholders, and Scrum Development teams.
  • Lead workshops and research sessions in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Produce highquality UX outputs, including Personas, Journey Maps, Blueprints, Site Maps/IA.
  • Create wireframes, functional specifications, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
  • Plan and lead user research sessions, capturing insights and needs.

What You Bring:


  • Essential:_
  • Proficiency in producing highquality UX outputs and using design tools.
  • Proven ability to plan and lead User Research sessions.
  • Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Desirable:_
  • GDS (Government Digital Services) experience.
  • Knowledge in Information Architecture, Service Design, Interaction Design, UI Design, Design Systems, Visual Design.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in UCD.
  • Previous consulting experience with a track record in client engagement and delivery.
