Main Purpose of Job:

Core Duties:

Working within a team, alongside recruitment consultants.
Attending job fairs, colleges, job centres etc.
Conduct on site inductions & first day check ins.
Reporting on all levels including lead recruiters, director's and client's.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent IT skills, including word, excel and outlook.
Be able to multitask and prioritise work load and work on own initiative.
Be organised and be able to work to strict time frames.
Flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.
Clean driving license.

Salary dependant on experience £21' £22' You will be eligible to
our monthly team uncapped bonus scheme (performance based).

33 days holiday per year, increasing to 36 with service.

£21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
