This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time (0.2) post-doctoral research assistant to work on a British Council UK-Vietnam project at Birmingham City University for a fixed term of two years (April 2023-March The project is called 'Supporting the digital transformation of teacher education in

Viet Nam:
Creating a Teacher Educators' Digital Hub (TEDH)'. The project team is a consortium comprised of BCU, two Universities in Vietnam and a Vietnamese telecommunications company.


Based at our City South campus in Edgbaston, Birmingham the role will involve supporting the team with all aspects of the project.


The role will include:


  • Codesigning online evaluation surveys, collating and analyzing data and presenting findings in written and oral contexts.
- supporting the Project Lead with writing regular project reports
- supporting with the administrative and organizational aspects of this international project including workshops and dissemination events

The role does not involve international travel.
