The Client


My client is a small specialist college in Central London seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team in a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in facilities/ operations. You will be responsible for a wide
- range of support to the RCR's building management and facilities services activities and providing administrative support to the team.

The Role

  • Support with health and safety administration
  • Coordination and logistics of room bookings and catering administration
  • Paying 25 27K annum
  • General reception management
  • Maintaining documentation on all activities carried out
  • Looking for someone super bubbly, switched on and eager to learn more within the operations/ facilities space
