Empowering Learning are working with a welcoming secondary school in Bolton that is currently recruiting for several dynamic Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across various departments, until the end of the academic year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and promote positive relationships with young people and other members of staff/parents, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and setting out learning materials and equipment for planned activities.
Managing a classroom, supporting students in their learning through prepared work.
Full clear instructions and resources for each lesson provided
Maintain a positive climate for learning, a quiet working environment, ensuring good order and helping students to learn independently.

Demonstrate motivation, compassion, and the ability to support the teaching and learning of young people.

Full support provided from internal support team and your education consultant.

Location:

based at the heart of Bolton, the setting is a 5-minute walk from local public transport links, including Bus and Train.

There is also a free onsite car park for staff, located within expansive grounds, providing access to modern facilities and state of the art resources.

Salary:
£85.00-£90.00 per day
