Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 DOE + Benefits


Hours of work:


  • Monday to Thursday
8:30 am - 5:30 pm


  • Friday
  • 8:30 am 13:30 pm
  • 4th Friday of the month
8:30 am - 4:45 pm


  • Following Monday
-11:45 am - 5:30 pm


  • Following Friday
8:30 am - 4:45 pm

We are now working on behalf of a client who's a growing interior fitting contractor.

Due to the recent relocation of the business our client is now looking for a Production and procurement Administrator to join their team.


Purpose of the role:

  • To support ongoing daytoday functions of the Operations and Production department.
  • To manage operational systems, including supply chain management (purchasing), stock control, transport, Production paperwork and continuous improvement of systems.
  • To provide administrative support to the Operations and Production departments.

Duties:


  • To proactively respond to all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in line with Quality Assurance and Company standards.
  • Assist in the company's logistics requirements, including purchase orders, checking invoices and organising couriers to ensure the budgeted target is achieved.
