CRM/DATA Analyst | West Midlands | £40,000-£50,000 | + Bonuses + Benefits | Office Based
Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Luxury Retail Business looking to grow their Analytics Team.

This is a great opportunity for a CRM Analyst/Data Analyst to help shape this retailers business for years to come.

The varied information at your disposalwill offer new and exiting challenges day in day out.

This Luxury Retailer has had some phenomenal success in recent years and has used this time to invest back into its infrastructure, developing their bricks and mortar operation and enhancing its onlinefootprint.

Please note this is a 5 days a week in the office role. No hybrid working

Below are some of the Roles and responsibilities needed for the CRM/DATA Analyst role:

Identifying historical trends, demands, location variants, energy usage etc
Implementing and managing specialist software, as well as Excel
Collating data required by the auditors for regulated reporting
Managing and presenting data as required to various teams and management
Create a system of data collection, collation, and analysis which allows deep understanding of the opportunities and impacts across the business.
Develop Business Cases based upon data
Able to interface with roles such as Audit functions, Compliance (statutory and legal) owners.
Analyse and interpret data, identify trends and report with recommendation
Understand data flows across multiple arms of a complex business structure
Build a strong grasp of business use cases that are supported by core systems, like the CRM, and understand how system use maps to customer journeys
Manipulate data to inform strategic direction of tech products
Work closely with Product Managers to understand and inform strategic decisions for various tech solutions
Challenge business user requirements/proposals to ensure they benefit users

To be considered for the role of Data Analyst, you should have:

Previous experience within a data analyst role
Excellent knowledge of manipulating and analysing data, as well as identifying trends
Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL ,including formulas, macros, charts etc
Experience of building segmentation models
Experience of using data to support direct mail campaigns
Experience of working in an ecommerce business, preferably retail or travel
ETL experience to create and store data sets that can be used for CRM segmentation lists
Excellent data and analytical skills and strong problemsolver
Advanced Python or R
Business and commercial acumen with strong forecasting skills.
Indepth knowledge of Google Analytics or another web analytics platform including reporting and segmentation
