Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. This position is designed for individuals who are interested in starting a career in sales and are eager to learn and grow within our organization


Duties:


  • Engage with customers in various face to face channels
  • Learn about our products and services through training programs and onthejob experience
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
From £24,506.78 per year
