Personal Injury Fee Earner, Claimant RTA

This Liverpool law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Fee Earner, Claimant RTA to join its personal injury RTA team in Liverpool.

Role Overview

The firm is seeking an Personal Injury Fee Earner, Claimant RTA in Liverpool who can demonstrate:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience dealing with RTA claims, OIC, MOJ stages 1, 2 & 3 & Fast Track
  • Would suit Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or fee earner with equivalent experience
  • Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, reviewing medical reports, engineers reports, police reports and dealing with correspondence
  • Be able to identify cases which would benefit from litigation
  • Good communication skills including client awareness and client care
  • Ability to manage risk and excellent fact finding skills
