College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences/School of Health in Social Science/Clinical & Health Psychology

Open Ended Contract:
Permanent


The Opportunity:


The Programme and the Centre predominantly provide training and services that focus on children and young people's mental health and CBT practice with younger people.

Experience of working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services or similar settings will be an advantage.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Postgraduate qualification demonstrating competence in CBT (e.g. Professional Doctorate in Psychology, PG Dip in CBT, Clinical Associate Training and Experience
  • Experience and expertise with children, adolescents and / or families
  • Experience of training others to deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Experience of supporting students, sensitivity to student needs
  • Experience of supervising student therapists
