Salary:
£ £16.26 per hour (£29,269 - £31,364 pro rata per annum)


Contract:
Permanent


Working Hours:
Annualised / Part Time (usual working hours 37 hours per week, 41 weeks, includes Teacher Training Days)

We are a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school and sixth form, educating young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years.

Supervising our dedicated team of invigilation staff, you will be responsible for the administration and organisation of all aspects of our external and internal examinations, in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children;
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;
  • Has superb attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Holds qualifications at Level 3 (A Levels, or equivalent), including GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above;
  • Is selfmotivated dedicated and consistent;
  • Has the ability to deal with new challenging situations;
  • Is a strong team player who can use their own initiative;
  • Has a positive and flexible attitude;
  • Has experience of managing a team of people;
  • Can work effectively under pressure;
  • Has outstanding ICT skills;
  • Has experience of work within education;
  • Is physically fit (the role involves handling and moving resources between examination venues).
