Health Care Assistants - Band 3
We are recruiting Mental Health Care Assistants and we need your help We are looking for people who have previous experience in the care sector and / or have a qualification in care e.g.
The posts will be in our Female Acute wards and will be based on Willowvale Ward at St. Michael's Hospital (Warwick) and Swanswell Ward at the Caludon Centre in Coventry.
The post holder will join with all the members of staff who work in the Trust to provide a first class service both to patients and their carers
Please note many Trust interviews are taking place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in the care sector
NVQ/QCF Level 3/Care certificate or equivalent qualification or be working towards
Good level of general education including literacy and numeracy
Willing and able to undertake training including MAPA and Basic life support, food hygiene.
