Kaleido is a fast food brand growing rapidly.

With now x6 stores in the most prestigious spots in London, Kaleido is shaking up the salad market with its salad rolls.

Inspired by traditional Vietnamese rice paper rolls, we create salads you can eat like a sandwich.

Kaleido has had the same Head of stores for the past 4 years (she was our first ever sales associate, made it to head of stores and is leaving us to work in France) and is now looking for a new experienced Head of stores to take us to our next level.

Summary of Role:

Responsible for the management of all our Kaleido stores maintaining our very high standards (weekly audits, team training, ensuring corrective actions are implemented in due course etc).
Implement new ideas with a "test and learn" agile approach
Recommend optimal range for each store following KPI analysis
Effective management of staff in relation to hiring, training, efficiency and retention
Control labour cost the best possible
Drive online and B2B business
Input our weekly forecast and target the right product quantity
Maintain clear communication with all aspects of the business and drive the production process. The head of stores will be liasing with drivers, head chef, Ops director.

You will be reporting directly to the founders.

Profile:

You are comfortable with datas and understand a restaurant P&L (topline/bottom line/ turnover/ GP/ rate of sales / labor cost / food cost / wastage etc.)
You are passionate about growing brands and being part of an entrepreneurial adventure. You are eager to learn and make a difference.
You love to manage people. You understand the value of building a strong team and the value of feedback. You lead with the head and the heart.
You are action oriented and know when to be hands on.
You are optimistic, believe anything is possible and infuse your workplace and your

colleague with positive energy.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
