Service Desk Team Leader
Sheridan ward is excited to be recruiting for a lovely and well established company who are based in Chalfont St Peter, and they are on the looking to bring on board a Service Desk Team Leader to join their welcoming and supportive team
They are looking for someone who has managed a team previously, as well as someone who has good customer service experience.
Service Desk Team Leader Duties:
- Making sure the engineers van stock is up to date
- Supporting account managers with resolving clients queries
- Resolving any invoice queries
- Updating the service team of new terms
Service Desk Team Leaders:
- 28 days annual leave
