The Data Coordinator will work with the ET&L Specialist to deliver the Country / Regional Asset Data Management Policy.
Working closely together with Operations Excellence - Technical and Operational Teams, the Asset Planning/Data Management team will deliver consistent asset / Planned Preventative Maintenance management services to a vast array of contracts.
The Asset Planning/Data Management Team support the Operational Teams in ensuring that core asset and contract data is accurately captured and set up correctly in the required CAFM system, adhering to our core company maintenance standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Monitor and validate the quality of all data submissions, working with the provider to rectify data errors prior to being uploaded into the database
- Assist in producing operational processes, CMS controlled documentation and workflow processes for our company systems to include client systems as required
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for further development solutions, supporting the ET&L Specialist with delivering innovative solutions
- Support the ET&L Specialist with transition activities to mobilise new sites/data including data gathering and deployment plans in cooperation with FMS teams, Project Mobilisation and Operational Teams
- Act as the point of liaison for system faults and escalate all issues
- Provide expert support to assist operations in resolving data quality issues
- Provide reporting and trend analysis for PPM and Corrective remedial tasks as required
- Monitoring SLA performance and reporting by exception of SLA failures
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Experience of managing complex databases
- Experience of developing and integrating multiple Data Management systems
- Previous experience within an Engineering, Technical or Facilities Management Administrative type role is required
- Detailed working knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Have good experience of using, configuring, and setting up CAFM Systems
- Highly computer literate with a broad range of IT skills. This must include MS Word and MS Outlook with an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- You MUST be able to do basic and more complex formulas in MS Excel, to include lookups, index matches and nested formulas
