Looking to work in a fast paced hands on Accounts Assistant role within a very successful family run SME, then keep readingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to our long time client based near Syston.
The role:
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Purchase Ledger
- Query Resolution
- Month End Reconciliation work
- Maintaining Stock records
- Adhoc Finance duties as requested by the Finance Manager
Ther person:
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritise workload
- Highly accurate and well organised
- Self-motivated and driven
- Attention to detail and methodical
- Polite and professional
- Excellent IT skills including use of SAGE Line50, word, excel and outlook
- Proven credit control experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and presentable
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers
The details:
- Use of car and full driving licence is essential
- Part time or Full time hours available (Full time hours would be 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday)
- Salary - £22,000 to £27,000 with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
