Next Level Security Services (NLSS) is an SIA approved company who are part of the ACS Pacesetter scheme and sits in the top 15% of all security companies within the UK.
Next Level Security Services are looking to expanding their Head Office team at their Wynyard office.
We are looking to employ a Business Administrator on a Full Time basis (37.5hrs) to assist in the general running of the Head Office.
Reporting to the company's Senior Office Manager based at Head Office, this position is for someone who can manage their own workload and work to a schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
Essential duties are including but not limited to the following:
- Assist in payroll
- Answering phones and dealing with enquiries
- PA duties
- Assisting HR issues
- Assisting in Recruiting
- Calendar Management
- Must be IT Literate
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel.
Salary:
£21,500.00 per year
